How does this all work? |
Your website is shown in a full-screen popunder window on websites in our publisher network. When someone visits one of our network sites in the category you chose, we send that visitor to your site. The window will automatically adjust itself to fit the viewer's maximum screen resolution. We never send you traffic from autosurf programs, mini popups, or scripts like other companies.

How are your prices so low? |
Volume! We deal with so much traffic that we can keep our prices low and save you money. Not only that, but our traffic is high quality. There are many resellers out there with prices up to 10 times ours. Why? Because they're buying from us!

Do you use spam to generate visitors? |

| What is a popunder? |
| A popunder is like a popup, except that it loads underneath the current page rather than over it. This type of advertising generates a better response because it is less intrusive to the visitor. Also, our popunder windows automatically adjust to fit themselves to the viewer's maximum screen resolution, so your site is always shown in a full-screen browser window. |
| What if a visitor has a pop-up blocker? |
| If a visitor has a popup blocker, our tracking code will not execute and the visit will not be counted. You will never pay for a visitor with a popup blocker because no site was displayed to that visitor. |
| Is your traffic unique? |
| It most definately is. You will not receive the same visitor from us more than once in a 24 hour period. Someone who's visited your site can return as many times as they want, but we will only count one visit on your campaign. |
| Do you offer statistics? |
| Yes! You will be able to view real-time statistics to view the progress of your campaign. |
| Will I be able to pause my campaign? |
| Yes! If you don't want your campaign to run during certain times, then you can simply pause it. |
| Will I be able to switch URL? |
| If you have two URLs to promote, You can switch between URLs with ease in the middle of your campaign. |
| Will I be able to recharge my account? |
| After you already have a campaign activated, there is no need to re-order through our site, simply recharge your current account. |
| Can I change my Target Category? |
| If you order Targeted website traffic, then you can switch your target category mid-campaign without having to order a whole new campaign. |
| Will I make any sales? |
| We guarantee real visitors and the amount of traffic you ordered. However, We do not guarantee you will make any sales. This is dependant on factors such as your site's sales copy, design, load time, color scheme, and overall presentation. It is important to know that your site will be shown in a full screen pop under ad. A creative landing page will likely improve the conversion rate. Example: Say if you are promoting a dvd site, Give customer discounts or run a promotion such as "Get free shipping on $50 orders," or "Buy 2 dvds get 1 free." Buying traffic is not for everyone. For best results, you must have a unique creative website with content that sells. |
| How long does it take to get started? |
| Your campaign will begin within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Often orders are set up within a few hours. |
| How long does a campaign last? |
| All campaigns are delivered within 30 days unless you specify otherwise. You can set a daily cap from your control panel to limit the number of visitors you receive per day. You can also speed up your campaign to be fully delivered in as little as a week. However, we only guarantee full delivery within 30 days, as some larger orders may take more than a week. |
| Do you offer refunds? |
| Our refund policy is very simple. We issue refunds on a pro-rata basis. Because we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered. If we fail to deliver all of your traffic within 30 days of the campaign start date, we will refund a portion of the money that is equivilent to the undelivered traffic. |
